I’m seriously worried that such a shambles of a man can be elected

In the moments leading up to the point he destroys the official document, Mr Bailey describes Mr Trump as an “ignorant, callous whinge bag who is the absolute apotheosis of vulgarity”.

Speaking directly to the camera, Mr Bailey said: “I’m seriously worried that such a shambles of a man can be elected by millions of fellow American voters.

“Though I’m aware he lost the popular vote and only won because of an archaic electoral device. But millions did vote for him, too many!”

He continued that so many Americans had voted for the Republican, he was “determined” to “step away from the national defamation of Americans”.

Mr Bailey then begins to tear page after page from the passport as he discards its remains on to the floor.

After taking few moments to gather his thoughts, he continues: “Make American great again - when was it ever great?

“It’s a misleading appeal. It means make ‘America feared again’. Let the rest of the world witness out decisive brutality against even the slightest challenge by anyone in the world.

“I was born in America by chance. I was given no choice. Americans are not born greater than any other soul on the earth.”
