Man in his 60s arrested over sick rant at Muslim schoolgirls wearing hijabs saying they should be ‘sterilised’
Footage emerged yesterday of a man muttering offensive comments at a group of young girls in East London
A MAN in his 60s has been arrested over a sick rant at Muslim schoolgirls wearing hijabs and headscarves.
He has been taken in for questioning after a clip emerged of a man saying the young children should be "sterilised".

The horrifying footage was passed to police, after it was filmed outside an East London school on Friday.
In it, the person recording appears to be speeding past the Central Foundation Girls School in Bow on a bus.
He gets off at a bus stop and focuses on the dozens of schoolgirls before hurling expletives and offensive comments at them.
Muttering to the camera, he begins the racist rant: “As you can see, this lot are coming out of f***ing school.
“All these f***ing black c**** here.
“So they’re all going to have at least four to five f***ing kids each.
“F***ing look at them. Far as you can see mate.
“These kids are going to breed like f***ing rats. I tell ya.”
As he walks past a gaggle of schoolgirls walking home, he can be heard complaining: “They’re all going to breed like f***ing rats.
He adds: “We’re f***ed. So this was England. Everywhere you look, f***ing saris on, look.”
A Met Police spokesman said: “A man in his 60s has been arrested by police on suspicion of a racially aggravated public order offence.
We will always challenge negativity like this and stand up for all our community.

"The arrest was made in connection with an incident which is believed to have taken place in Tower Hamlets.
"A video was posted online which showed schoolgirls some of whom were wearing hijab head coverings.
"A male voice on the clip was heard providing abusive and offensive commentary.
"The schoolgirls were unaware of the commentary and at this stage no reports have been made to police.
"The man arrested was taken to an East London police station where he currently remains in custody. Enquiries continue."
In the shocking footage the man says the girls should have their ovaries burned in an experiment similar to those carried out by Auschwitz doctor Josef Mengele, known as the 'Angel of Death’.
Tower Hamlets Mayor John Biggs and Cllr Asma Begum jointly condemned the footage.
In a statement, the pair said: "We are aware of the video that has been circulated showing a man making extremely offensive comments outside Central Foundation Girls School.
"We condemn the use of this inflammatory rhetoric. Tower Hamlets is home to people from all over the world and we are proud of our history which has been enriched by migration.
"We will always challenge negativity like this and stand up for all our community.
"The police has been made aware of this.
"We have also been in touch with the school and will be offering them support and continuing to monitor this situation.
